Delivery

Customs import tax/duty is NOT included in the price of watch, fees and policies vary widely from country to country, and we strongly advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am (GMT+8 Hong Kong time) will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am (GMT+8 Hong Kong time) on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Mazzucato Watches. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

- The product was purchased directly from the official Mazzucato website

- The product was purchased in the last 15 days

- The product is in its original packaging

- The product isn't used or damaged

- Email requesting the return must be sent to info@mazzucatodesign.com

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Mazzucato Watches .

Administrative Charges

Apart from the shipping charge, an administrative fee of USD100 will be deducted from the refund.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
